Time varies depending on the company and sometimes the demand. Generally we anticipate 2-3 weeks to receive an order.
Are my windows returnable?
Because the majority of our windows are special order, they are not returnable.
How do I measure for a new window?
The most accurate method is to remove any trim surrounding the window either on the interior or exterior. Once that is done, measure from the outside edge of the window frame to the outside edge, both side to side and top to bottom. These measurements are considered the rough opening size. Your building contractor will be able to help you with this.
What kind of warranty is available for windows and doors?
